Sofa, Screen, etz

Yesterday was a day for change, change we can believe in, I hope. The lovely brown danish leather sofa has been moved from the back room, and is now sitting in the front.
Furthermore, with a little help from some friends the screen was mounted. Any day soon there could be screenings of some sort. Just have to figure out the sound set-up. All those cables need to go somewhere.

Aeropress Happiness

If you like black coffee, go get one. It's fast, easy, fun and it tastes great. I have just only begun to play around with it, and the results will in time get better. Still from the 1st cup it tasted really good.

Who needs a Clover when there's Aeropress?

Cortados!

Whenever I go back to Ulsteinvik, Norway, I always stop by the very nice and cosy café called Kaffikari. The first picture is from their cortado. It looks ok, perhaps not as good as ours (2nd picture then), but it tastes very good. I had two of them, 2nd one by a fresh barista, and it was not as good as the first one, but I'm sure he will get better as he gets more experience.
However, I must say our coffee tastes better. But we have beans from Bonanza, they don't.

Desember, or is it December?

I guess this has to be in English. Not that I think too many will read it other than Boun, Vernt and Martin Rodrager. But just in case.

It will be about what is (not) happening at Kristiania Espressobar. And other stuff. Most likely skiing. And coffee. And movies. And music.

The picture is from Schwetzingen (Baden-Württemberg), about a month ago or so (who cares about time anyways?). From something called Beat-Club, a live band playing music from 60s-ish, arranged once a year. They were really good. I'm sure I'll be there next year as well.

And between x-mas and New Years I'm planning to go skiing here:

So, this was it for now. There will be more stuff later, fo sure.
